Explanations are given as well! Flashcards are good, go through them once, don't bother memorizing anything. Most of the questions are pretty straight forward. There's some good curve-ball questions on their tests. If something goes beyond Professor's Messer basic explanations and the course objectives, drop it and move on. Go ahead and take the quizzes, understand why something was wrong, but don't take notes on anything obscure. I don't think I would've passed without this!Įxam Compass grills you hard on very specific details. The PBQ breakdowns told me everything I needed to know too. The practice tests perfectly mimicked the real test, and the results I got on them pretty much matched what I got on my actual test. If you're kind of a computer/study noob like me, I HIGHLY suggest Jason Dion's Test Prep course. I couldn't have done this without Professor Messer! <3 If you think you're diving too deep into something, you probably are. If you do this you are learning what you need to know, not arbitrary info such as pin counts or fluff trivia. Each course objective is giving you direct instructions! Base your notes to fulfill the request of each objective. This will give you a clear understanding of WHY he is teaching you something in his videos. If I were to give any advice while watching his videos, it would be to watch them WITH a printout of the course objectives.
